OUR EXPERIENCE Over 25 years of Community Service and personal relationships
Certified Community management
Certified Community Managers is just one of the many things that sets CSI apart from our competitors.
When you trust us to manage your community you are investing in Community Managers who are either:
Both the CMCA and the AMS are initial steps in seeking the Professional Community Association Manager credential from Community Associations Institute (PCAM).
To earn the PCAM credential, managers must have five years of community association management experience and complete more than 100 hours of coursework. In addition, credentialed PCAMs must fulfill continuing education and service requirements, as well as adhere to a code of ethics. This certification confirms the manager has completed specific coursework, industry experience and has passed the designation examination.
By partnering with Sentry Management, CSI is able to provide more resources for the Boards
we serve. We also have access to proven nationwide best practices and solutions, and
increased employee benefits for our team - especially our Community Managers.
CSI is a Proud Member of the Community Association Institute
CAI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building better communities by providing information, education and resources to all community association stakeholders, including community managers, homeowner leaders and the professionals who support them. At the national and state level, CAI is the primary source for continuing education, resulting in numerous professional designations conferred upon the staff and corporation.
CSI is the annual host of the North Carolina Chapter of CAI’s Law Day, which features presentations by attorneys from across North Carolina who focus on the complex issues facing homeowner and condominium associations, and the sponsor of the PRC Homeowner program which focuses on Board Member needs.
