New Portal – What You Need to Know

You will still need your account number to log in.

You can still generate your own password if this is your first time registering with the portal.

You can access tons of stuff including seeing the status of your individual documents (Are you putting in a pool? You can see the Architectural Review Committee’s progress on reviewing it. Did you receive a compliance notice about power washing your home? You can respond directly to let your Board know it has been completed. Need a repair? You can track your maintenance request and see who will be resolving the issue and when.)

The new portal is more effective and efficient; it’s everything you want and nothing you don’t need.
